We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience. Our treatment fee includes your records, exam and consultation, necessary appliances and one set of retainers. As a service for our patients, we will process your insurance forms for you.

We generally require a small down payment to get your treatment started. Then we divide the remainder into interest-free monthly payments. We are happy to offer a reduced fee to patients who choose to pay for their entire treatment up front. We accept Visa and MasterCard, or we can help you set up automatic monthly bank drafts. Through Orthodontics Fee Plan (OFP) from Capital One, we are able to offer our patients a line of credit separate from your credit cards. With OFP, no application, no annual fee and no down payment is necessary. Applications are available at our office or online, and approval is generally within 30 minutes.
